At Evaero, we strive to challenge and empower employees at every level. Everyone here can see the connection from his or her work and the product that leaves our company.
While hiring changes to fit changing business needs, our lasting goal is to find people at entry level then promote them to fill our openings. Here’s our system.
Each career candidate spends three months as a trainee. In our own unique program, trainees receive the tools necessary to succeed in a customer-focused, highly technological business. They work in three different career tracks, technical, administration and quality.
Upon completion and evaluation, one track is selected. At different points in each track, we require an Associates or Bachelors degree for advancement, and we contribute to help make that possible.
Successful employees are often mechanically inclined or can perform delicate work with their hands. They can work hard on their own. We’re eager to train but not babysit.
To make sure everyone shares in our success, 20% of all profits are distributed back to our employees. We also offer a 401(k) program, a health care plan and quarterly wellness activities. We require background checks, and do not hire smokers or drug abusers.
